DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for overall profitability ratios - Wholesale, Online for assigned Brand
- Creates sales projections and sets objectives for assigned Brand
- Coordinates Product management with Field Sales organization, Research and Development, Engineering, and Marketing
- Develops and executes full strategic sales and marketing plans and programs for assigned Brand
- Drives Retail, Wholesale, Online sales effort for assigned Brand
- Responsible for increasing and tracking Brand's market share
- Must have “team” approach and work as a “teammate” with Field Sales and the other Company Units and departments
- Responsible for advancing Brand's Customer Service Reputation with external & internal Customer base
- Constructs and administers budget for assigned Brand
- Assigns and allocates resources to achieve specific business results
- Directs subordinate managers and supervisors in resource allocation, personnel decisions and business priorities
- Demonstrates strong skills working with Parent Company and international Associates
- Complies with all Company policies such as adherence to Brand Standards, Company Affirmative Action Plan and Company Safety procedures
- Incorporates Company standards of excellence into daily work to foster a Total Quality environment and demonstrates personal commitment to excellence
- Other functions as required (non-critical functions)
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Directly supervises subordinate managers and other employees
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities according to organization's policies and applicable laws
- Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and/or Engineering
- 5 years P&L experience (revenue responsibility above $5 million USD)
- Direct experience in Project Management, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Sales and Contracts
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or business community
- Ability to write & deliver speeches and articles for publications while conforming to prescribed style and format
- Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors
